Quiet Hours

Quiet hours in all residence halls support an environment conducive to learning. During quiet hours, no one should hear sounds from your room. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight to 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

During final exam week, 24-hour quiet will be strictly maintained. Residents in University apartments and their guests should always be mindful of the noise they make in and around their apartment, especially between the hours of 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., so as not to disrupt the general community in which they are living.
