Withdrawals

Room and board charges are prorated from move-in day through the drop/add date for the respective semester. After the drop/add date, the resident is responsible for all semester fees. Residents who do not plan to return to the residence halls or who will graduate at the end of a semester must complete a withdrawal form. A $50 fine will be charged to your student account if a University Housing Withdrawal Form is not on file by the designated date(s). Residents who do not complete the Withdrawal Form will forfeit the $100 dorm damage deposit. Withdrawals shall be submitted through the Self-Service portal by logging in and choosing Withdrawal Form in the Residence Life menu.
